How can I get access to the platform?

Due to the nature of our business, we conduct due diligence on all our clients before granting access. You can register at this link as either a supplier or a customer. Once your registration is received, our team will review your application and contact you to provide access.

How does the RFQ process work?

Upon receiving your Request for Quote (RFQ), our team will review it and process your request. Within a maximum of 3 days, we will provide you with availability and pricing for the selected products. Once payment terms and delivery terms are agreed upon, we will issue a proforma invoice for final confirmation.

What types of products are available on the platform?

We currently offer a selection of alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages. Please note that all products are available exclusively for B2B customers who operate bonded warehouses, as most prices are listed excluding alcohol excise duties and VAT.

How long does delivery take?

Delivery times depend on the availability of certain goods. We aim to deliver items within a maximum of 4 weeks, though it may take longer in some cases. If the goods are available in our bonded warehouse, we process them and make them available for pickup (EXW) in less than 3 days after the deposit is confirmed.

What are the payment terms?

For first-time customers, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit to be placed in escrow, with the 90% balance due after inspection.

For returning customers, if items are purchased directly, we require a 10% non-refundable deposit to be paid directly to us, with the 90% balance due before loading from our warehouse.
